Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will walk you through all the steps for a successful onboarding and set a target date for when Ūlaunch.
4. Data Migration & Training
Well-organized data is key to ensuring a successful Ūlaunch.
See your data in action before moving into your live Ūsked website.
Create test capture requests/assignments, check service provider, customer and vendor profiles and pull bill/pay reports.
When the data is right, we move forward.
5. ūlaunch
Your brand new Ūsked website is live and populated with your data & internal staff are trained on the new system.
Your service providers & vendors are invited to login and get acquainted with the new website.
All requests for this date and beyond are input into your Ūsked website.
Accessibility requests, assignments and confirmations are now being managed in Ūsked.
6. Complete the Loop
Successfully reconcile vendor invoices & run your periodic reporting.
Make any necessary adjustments to ensure the reports are accurate.
